Shipping policy

We aim to have all orders shipped 2-5 days prior to your event (as long as it’s not a late booking), any postal delays do not fall on us. We also aim for your dress to arrive atleast 1 day before your event, but on rare occasions it may arrive day of. If your event is in the morning, or youre travelling and need it by a certain date, please let us know before booking. We are not liable if it doesn't come in time for you, but arrives on your selected start date if you did not let us know. On rare occasions your dress may be sent outside of this time frame, but we will try our best to notify you if we think it may affect arriving in time for your event. Our shipping is labelled (overnight shipping) as that what it says in the NZ Post website. Overnight postage doesn’t mean it will arrive overnight, it is just the fastest shipping option. Most overnight packages can take 1 - 2 business days. Occasionally there with be postal delays, which we will not be liable for if we send the dress ontime. They are strictly the couriers fault and you must take it up with them.

All postal orders for the weekend must be placed before Wednesday 2:30pm (unless stated otherwise under our availability collection). All orders placed after this time will be sent the next day, please dm us or email us to see if we can still ship the dress the same day after 2:30pm.
